Health Record Audit for iPhone + Apple Watch
Find field-identical records in the Apple Health data you choose to share, inspect their sources, and review them without automatic deletion.
How it works
01
Select a date range and the supported Health categories you want to review.
02
The app compares the accessible records locally on your device.
03
Review matching type, timing, value, source, and available device context.
04
Follow manual Apple Health steps if appropriate, then rescan to see what remains visible.
Your Health data stays on your devices
Analysis happens on your iPhone. The app has no cloud service, advertising, analytics, or third-party SDK, and it never requests permission to write or delete Health data.
Read the app privacy policyBuilt for clarity
Candidates are separate records with the same supported type, start time, end time, duration status, and value. A match is not proof of a duplicate event or double-counted statistic.
Results apply only to records visible under the Health permissions and history access you grant.
The Apple Watch companion never reads Health data. Health-derived content sent to it is limited to the latest audit time, candidate-group count, coverage flag, and demo flag. Watch Connectivity also carries an app-generated random stream identifier and revision solely for local ordering; neither is a Health record identifier.
Health Record Audit is not a medical device and should not be used for emergency or clinical decisions.
