Name the app, describe where the problem happened and what you expected, and include your iPhone model and iOS version. If a Restore operation is paused, leave it paused until we reply.

Health Record Audit has read-only Apple Health access and cannot delete Health records. Results apply only to records visible under the permissions and history access you granted.
You can clear the local report and paired-Watch summary from inside the app. The Watch companion never receives individual Health records.

Before you write.
Keep the Health app export ZIP unchanged and available until the restore is complete. Leave Restore open while it is writing. You can pause from the progress screen and continue from the saved checkpoint.
Restore writes only the Health data types you enable. You can use Delete Restored Data in the app's Settings to remove records written by Restore without touching records from other sources.
